Private by Default

• All home profiles start as private
• Only you can view and edit your profile unless you choose to share it

Community View

If you enable “Community View”:

• Your home profile becomes visible to others on NeighborLoom
• Others can explore, view, and save your home

Engagement Signals

As a homeowner, you can see:

• Total number of views
• Total number of saves

Important:

• These are aggregate counts only
• You cannot see who viewed or saved your home
• Other users cannot see your engagement metrics

Saving Homes

Users can:

• Save homes privately for later reference
• Saved homes are not visible to homeowners individually

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not include:

• Sensitive personal information
• Security-related details
• Content you don’t have rights to share

Removal & Moderation

We may remove content that:

• Violates guidelines
• Poses safety risks
• Undermines the intended use of the platform
